The work below is the kind of scoped, one-off project that fits flat-fee billing well. Exact pricing depends on complexity and is confirmed in your quote after the free consultation.

• Product label review — FDA/USDA label and claims review for a single SKU or product line, with a written punch list of compliance fixes. Starting-at flat fee; 2–3 day turnaround on routine labels.
• Trademark filing — clearance check plus a federal trademark application for your brand or product name. Flat fee per mark/class.

• FDA Warning Letter response — a strategic, deadline-aware response to an FDA Warning Letter that asserts your rights while minimizing liability. Scoped flat fee; urgent intake.
